Thomas Roll was admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court of California-Central District in 1984. Tom spent the first several years of his legal career in private practice, focused on real estate, landlord/tenant, personal injury and business litigation. In 1990 Tom joined Xerox Corporation, where he was responsible for commercial law issues within the western United States.
After nine years with Xerox Corporation, Tom returned to private practice handling a variety of matters. Tom has been involved in hundreds of bench trials and multiple jury trials. His primary emphasis fthe past several years has been estate planning and probate.
Tom has volunteered as a Temporary Judge since 1987 in the Orange County Superior Court, overseeing matters as assigned by the Presiding Judge such as: traffic, small claims, civil settlements, and probate. Tom takes numerous continuing educations classes and engages in the continuing education of the bar.
Tom is married and has four grown children and eight grandchildren.

Todd Haddock approaches the practice of law with a wealth of experience. Todd graduated from Utah Valley University, where he earned a double major in business management and accounting. Following his undergraduate studies, Todd used his fluency in Russian while working as a regional manager for an international export company, exporting goods from the United States into Russia. Todd then spent multiple years as a real estate manager for national commercial banks involved in both residential and commercial mortgage finance.
Todd decided to attend Law School at Western State University. Immediately following law school, Todd entered private practice focusing on Family Law, Civil Litigation and Estate Planning. During this time, Todd earned valuable trial experience bringing dozens of trials to resolution including cases in family law court, civil court, and criminal court.
Todd has also applied his extensive knowledge to administrative law and in-house corporate counsel, while representing multiple firearms manufacturers and gun safety trainers.
Todd donates countless hours as a certified rifle instructor for the Boy Scouts of America and the California Department of Justice. Todd is married to his wife of over 20 years and is the proud father of two girls. Todd’s hobbies include spending time in the outdoors and restoring old cars.

She is a mom to three crazy kids and has been married to her high school sweetheart for almost 15 years. R
